Warranty Terms for Labor
  • Irvine Cooling provides manufacturer-backed warranties that cover malfunctions or failures caused by faulty parts. Most equipment comes with a 5-year warranty, but registering your product within the specified time frame can often be extended to 10 years. Some manufacturers, such as Amana, offer a lifetime warranty on the compressor and evaporator coils. Please note that these warranties typically do not cover labor or installation costs, and specific circumstances, such as storms, fires, or electrical surges, may not be included.

  • Labor Warranties

  • Our installation services come with a labor warranty to protect you from additional fees if repairs or replacements don’t resolve the issue. Labor warranties range to 10 years, depending on the specific installation service package. For repairs, regardless of the type of device, the warranty is three months or 90 days from the date of service. The warranty will expire if it has physically damaged the device or if an unauthorized person interferes with its operation.

  • Extension of Warranties

  • We also offer extra warranties that cover repairing and replacing HVAC systems that break down due to normal wear and tear. If you experience any issues with your HVAC system, you can contact Irvine Cooling. We will send a qualified technician to inspect the equipment and provide feedback. Irvine Cooling will cover the necessary repair costs if the issue is related to installation. If the problem lies with the system's components, the manufacturer's warranty typically covers the parts and labor.

  • How Do I Check The Warranty?

  • To check if your HVAC system is still under warranty, visit the manufacturer's website or contact customer support. You will need details such as your unit's serial number and installation paperwork.
